New Prayer requests!

Allison V - "My great grandmother is 99 and she had a heart attack several days ago.  She is too old to survive the surgery required and she did not want to be in a hospital so we brought her home.  My mom and I have been by her side, in prayer for her salvation.  I was hoping you could lift us up in prayer for the strength to keep praying for her salvation and that she remains comfortable as well.  Her name is Shu Eug. We really appreciate any prayer support at all.  Thank you"


Bill S - "For a couple we know who seem to be experiencing occult oppression from a former spouse who is involved in those activities.  They are ambiguous about their own faith and we pray also that they would explicitly come to faith in jesus.  Also we would like to pray for our marriage that we would develop oneness and grow in peace in our relationship."

Jeanne P - "Hi, my name is Jeanne, can I make a healing request for prayer for my husband, he is very ill now.  He's got stage 4 colon rectal cancer and it has spread everywhere now.  Due to his condition he is in hospice, with only 1/2 month to live and his name is Guwandi.  Thank you and God bless."

Please pray for Dp's aunt and uncle! Serious auto accident...

DP's aunt and uncle were in a serious head-on collision last night.  His aunt is stable but has serious head injuries and will be having surgery today at 2pm.  His uncle is in critical condition and will be having surgery later today but the doctor says he has a 50% chance of surviving the surgery.  They have 3 kids that are in their early 20's.  David's uncle is a believer but he doesn't think the rest of the family is.  Please join us in praying that God would reveal His love to them through this situation and for healing for D's aunt and uncle.

We have a request from a visitor on Sunday

Taylor writes with a special prayer request...

My brother, Gavin, is in afghanistan fighting right now and I just heard from him that his main leader of the 1st Joker 2/4 Marine battalion was just killed and he is undone (crying, were his words while he wrote the email).  There have been casualties recently in his unit but nothing that has upset him this bad.  He had to carry the body to a chopper and he said it was the first person killed that he was really close with.  

1. Pray for safety and angles to surround him and his unit for the next couple months of fighting and for him to come home.. Safe.. In one piece.  
2. Pray for Gavin to come back and mentally not have to many repercussions from the brutality of war 
3. Pray for the Marines family who lost a husband, a father and a son.

1) a van to use with homeless and low-income kids. 

2) funds for his 'grooming for success services' to homeless and low-income people

3) for jobs, school and housing.  

4) joyful and helpful volunteers

"A" is praying for her friend "K's" salvation.

"C": "I have an interview this Friday in Northern California for a job.  Please pray that the holy spirit moves and works to getting a new job."

"A": "My husband's salvation.  He's open to it-but works on Sundays and is unable to attend.  I would love for him to lead our family from God's word, ways and principles-with His Love! In Jesus Name, Amen!"

Two requests from church this week

"J": "'P' and I will be living together for 3 weeks before our wedding.  Please pray that we will remain sexually pure until our marriage."

"M": "I had a job interview last Friday, the day before I was supposed to leave LA.  It was a life saver and I'm convinced it was a Godsend and an answer to prayer.  I'm still planning on leaving LA, although hopefully not forever.  So now I pray that God would make clear the path back to LA, whether it's through this job or some other way."
